Mr. Appliance provided very professional, speedy, and friendly service. The diagnostic fee goes toward the cost of the repair. It seemed a little expensive, but then, fixing appliances is always expensive...much better than buying a new dryer!

Mr. Appliance was a recommended shop to repair our 2 year old Thermador oven. An oven that should not have had any problems!

Even though the double oven was no longer under warranty, Thermador agreed to send us the parts for free (no joke - almost $400 worth of parts).

The labor to fix the oven was $207.74 - not the least expensive, but, we needed to go with a recommended Thermador repair shop.

Both visits (once for the diagnosis, second for the repair) were very professional.

I would recommend them!

I called Mr. Appliance when my icemaker stopped making ice. They were able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem, had the part readily available and complete the repair in record time. My co-worker had the same issue with her icemaker recently and had the same repair done on a comparable icemaker. Mr. Appliance was definately less expensive and when we compared notes... I had the better customer service experience than she did with another company!

My refrigerator stopped cooling late Saturday afternoon. After calling various service companies who would not provide service because I live in Wimberley, I finally reached Mr. Appliance. The rep gave me a choice of a morning or afternoon appointment times for the following Monday. The technician, Kasper, called me within that time window and let me know exactly when he would arrive and then arrived on time. He was very polite and efficient, checked the problem areas and determined that my defrost timer had gone out. He replaced it and my refrigerator works again. The bill was reasonable. I definitely recommend Kasper and Mr. Appliance.

I called in with fridge problems early in morning. Service guy came w/in an hour or so, had it fixed in a flash. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable price. A+ service! Highly recommend - ask for Richard!

Came home from work to find my refrigerator not cooling so called around and couldn't find anyone to come out right away. Called Mr Appliance Thursday morning at 8:15 and they had someone over by 10:15 am. The service tech, Richard, was very friendly and was able to complete the work then and there. I am definitely calling them when i need other work done!

Called ahead like they said, nice man, used shoe protectors which was great just had carpets cleaned. diagnosed my washer and gave me a quote (kinda high). all working great now and kids have clean cloths. Although price was high i did get a year warranty and he was able to fix it right then. Will use again.

We had just come back from vacation to find our freezer on the fritz. Called Mr. Appliance and they were out the same day, gave me a quote and fixed it right then and there. The tech knew his business and was very friendly (and kinda cute:) I cant believe they warranty thier repair work for a year parts and labor. Ive had a lot of home service work done and ive NEVER heard of that. I wish more companies performed like MR APPLIANCE!!

Recently my washer & Cook-top went out and Mr. Appliance was out within hours to diagnose and fix the problem. The service man was friendly, courteous and ready to work. A friend had recommended them and I'm glad I used them. They did an excellent job and guaranteed their work - can't beat that! It was affordable and applied the service fee to the repair cost.

Waited 4 days to have an appointment that would suit both our schedule and Mr. Appliance's. Very carefully explained to them 5 TIMES that we had chemo and would not be home til after 2:00 p.m. They agreed to come between 3:00-5:00 saying they would make a note not to come sooner. Imagine my surprise when they called at ll:30 a.m. and said they could come then or NOT AT ALL. I called Brandon 4 times in 4 hours and never received a call back. They had repaired the ice maker about 7 months ago and it was broken AGAIN! I should have a discount since the ice machine broke before the year warranty was up. Would rather take the loss than the lack of respect and load of Hooey that I got. Won't EVER use them again. I suspect both the ice maker and I are better off for the decision.

I paid $350 to repair my icemaker, but they used the wrong part and it still doesn't work; it keeps randomly turning itself off and I never have ice! They have been unresponsive to my attempts to get them to fix the situation. Awful. I would give less than one star if I could.

These people installed a refurbished dish washer to replace my old one. What a mistake. Refurb broke in about 2 weeks. Took them 2 more weeks to get the part and then they claimed we broke it and wanted to charge us more money. How do you break a dishwasher?

The repairman came out who knew nothing about Bosch repair. Spent the entire time on the phone to help centers to tell him what to do. Told us it would cost over 700 to repair our ice make which is not under warranty.

It IS under warranty and being fixed by another company. Did NOT require the parts that Mr. Appliance GUESSED it needed for repair.

Do not use them they are useless scam.

Not only do they not pay their employees what they deserve & work for, but they with hold pay when you leave. Employee turn over is high for that reason. & Brandon is a rip off monkey. The employees are great, but don't last long. Unless if they are Brandon, & think one day they will become co-owner.ha
