Soucie Carol J Md - Piedmont Pediatrics

My first daughter had a different pediatriciac office as an infant. I eventually got fed up with the wait and looked for a different set of doctors. It just so happened that we moved across the street form the Harrisburg office of Piedmont Pediatric Clininc. I checked them out, the drs were all very nice and the location for me was excellent. I couldn't be happier with them. I've never been waiting longer than 15 minutes. The staff is always pleasant and the drs are great. My primary dr for my first daughter has been Dr Soucie. She's a warm understanding and good with kids dr. When my 2nd daughter was born, I decided to stay with the same practive even though we had moved about 20 minutes away. We've seen most of the other drs and are just as happy with them as we are with Dr Soucie.

We have been taking our son to Dr Soucie for over a year now! The staff is always so nice, and anytime i have had to get him a sick appointment, we were seen within a few hours. Never had to wait more than 10 mins in the waiting room, and Dr Soucie herself is a wonderful doctor. Very caring, always giving good advice, and very patient... always ready to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend Dr Soucie and this practice!

My premature son had RSV and I couldn't get an appointment. This was at 9:30AM on a Tuesday and I was told that there were booked for the day. That was after I spent an hour trying to get through on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this practice to ANYONE. There is no "personal" care involved here.

The only thing positive about this practice is Stacey and Jessica. They are the 2 girls in the front office who are always so pleasant. The problem with getting an appointment is that you always have to talk to a nurse and they are almost never available or willing to help.
