I'm a new patient of Dr. Jones and a new mother. I was disgusted that I had to wait over an hour to see her; what's the point of making an appointment if you can't stick to it. Furthermore, she did not spend any time with me during my first visit other than to take a pelvic exam. She indicated that she was going to call me at home and never did. I called the office twice to try and speak with her and no one has returned any of my calls; not even the nurses on staff. I'm searching for a new OB ASAP!!!!!!
