Dr. A (as I call him) and Julia (Massage Therapist) have changed my life. This is a complete Wellness Center that provides care for the mind, body, and spirit. Knowledgeable, experienced, positive, honest, sincere, are just a few words to describe him. His office is full of laughter, compassion, and positive energy. I use Julia who provides medicinal massages for allergies, glands, muscle fatigue, and stress relief, etc. Julia is a top therapist, who works with Dr. A's plan to help one be overall healthy. The seminars; workshops; tv screen; video e-mails provide clients with current and insightful knowledge. Dr. A. helped me detox my body; use organic vitamins; improved my spine health; provided a massage therapist, Julia, who helps me as well; and most importantly, Dr. A. has provided a listening ear. Dr. A. truly cares and listens. Provides great communication, listening, and gratitude advice! I can honestly say that my life is healthier because of Dr. A. I am healthier, less tired, less sick, and now, helps me to maintain my overall health.Dr. A. will refer you for any suspected health concerns-he cares about you and your health! He has up-to-date techniques. Dr. A. (Ashforth) is the only chiropractor whom I recommend for my teacher friends, students, parents, firefighters, police officers, etc. We all realize the great care that one receives; the personal care that we receive under Dr. A. Dr. A was referred to me by a coworker who has been seeing him for many years. I had two accidents where I was rear ended both times. Dr. A stepped right in and took wonderful care of me. Both he and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring people. I recommend him to all of my friends and family because it's hard to find a doc with such great "bedside manner".

I have been a client of Dr. A since '03 and I absolutely LOVE his bedside manner and his knowledge in not only chiropractic care, but also in overall health and wellness!!! He is hands-down the BEST chiropractor in the Triangle area!!! I highly recommend you see Dr. A!!!

I have been working with Dr Ashforth for over three years now. He helped me with migraines during my pregnancy and has helped me with hip issues, neck issues and back issues.
