Dr. Glick has been one of the most thorough pediatricians that we have ever used. She saw my son, simply because she was the only MD available when he wrecked his bike. I was so impressed that I took my youngest son to see her when it was his time to go in. She takes her time with the kids, explains everything to them and to me and makes sure that they are comfortable and aware of what's going on. She has followed up with us on multiple occasions by phone. I find her to be a breath of fresh air in a land of arrogant doctors. I would absolutely recommend her to any and every one.
We went here for over a year without any problems. Our pediatrician left and recommended a colleague. Sever occasions we went for a scheduled appointment and she wasn't there. My husband takes off of work to attend appointments which made this even more infuriating. Once it happened two days in a row. The second day, I asked the secretary why I wasn't called, she said we were called. She should know that most people have caller id. Of course I checked when I got home, NO CALL. That day we found a new dr. Later when they were trying to transfer the records they told me they couldn't find my sons medical records. After a few weeks they did, but we had some horrible experiences there. We now see Dr. Martin Klein-see review.
