Dr Black recently insisted that her last 90 day refill "must have been a mistake" because of a missed appointment, and that because of the missed appointment and the emergency refill from Doctor's Express (During her office's one month summer vacation) she was unwilling to give me any advice on at least how to safely discontinue the drug she has had me on for two years.
Given how overbooked her office seems, dropping patients after taking a one month vacation is pretty predictable. I just don't see her being offended as an excuse to so unprofessionally risk her patients' health.
