I had three embeded wisdom teeth that needed removal. One lower one had infection and involved removal of signifcant amount of jaw bone. Both the lower ones were on the nerve making extraction more risky. I consulted with two oral surgeons before seeing Dr. Le. They both said the same thing- Being 40+, and the amount of jaw bone removal and the location of the wisdom teeth, (1) there was more than 50% chance that the jaw bone will break, (2) close to 100% chance that I will have intermediate-term numbness resulting from nerve damage. At the recommendation of family member, I went to see Dr. Le. He told me that he had significant experience in dealing with complicated cases and that he can perform the extraction without breaking the jaw bone, despite the condition. He had concerns about the nerve damage but offered me couple of options that would not cause numbness- such as partial extraction. He also advised me not to remove the lower wisdom teeth that had no infection around it. I followed his advise and got the two wisodm teeth (one upper and one lower) removed. After the surgery, I learned that it was a diffiult extraction, but things went well. Both the teeth were fully removed, and that the jaw was fine. He called me the same evening to see how I was doing.
Today is Day 4 after the surgery, I am doing absolutely fine. I am still on pain kilers, but at a much lower frequency. There is NO numbness what so ever. He also did a bone graft that fixed the jaw problem totally naturally. It takes several months before the graft works, but so far so good. I still find it hard to believe that I am done with no negative effects. Given my consultations and advise from other surgeons, I have only one conclusion to draw: HE IS A VERY GOOD SURGEON, and that is what every patient needs. I will Highly recommend him.

My husband was referred to Dr.Bach by our family dentist. He need it a tooth pulled, that was falling apart and they were not able to do it at his office. At first we felt uneasy, until we got there for our appointment. Everyone was so nice and professional. The doctor met with us and explain the procedure. He did excellent job. Called later that evening to check on my husband and see if he needs anything else. We were very happy with his services and recommend him any time.

PROS: Excelent job, very professional
CONS: None
