Barry W. Baumann, DDS

I love Barry. He's the only dentist I have ever seen. My parents go to him and my 3 siblings and I all went to him as children. Those of us that haven't moved away still do. Now my brother is married with a 2 year old and his wife is going to try to get him in to see Barry soon. He is great with kids, I liked going to the dentist as a kid to get a toy from the toy chest and a cool new alligator toothbrush. My mom and my sister has both had a fair amount of dental issues and are always able to get in to see him without any trouble.
I have been very spoiled to have him as my dentist all these years.

The best review I can give Dr. Baumann is to say that I signed up for this site specifically to give him a glowing review. My fiancee was suffering from severe pain in her jaw so we looked for a dentist in our area and within our plan, we called Dr. Baumann's office at 8am, were in the waiting area by 8:15am, and she was seen by 8:45am. I know that a lot of things came together to allow this, but it was still amazing to experience, and his staff was a joy the whole time.

Dr. Baumann ended up going way above and beyond later that afternoon (I'll remain vague if only to keep random people from demanding of him things that no sane person should ever expect from their dentist), and a net result of this is that we discovered that my fiancee had more than one tooth causing pain. After a second root canal, she is very much on the mend.

I turn 40 this year, and I have to be completely honest in saying that in all my life, I've never encountered a dentist that was this compassionate and human in his approach to dental care. It is a shame that the site pegs him at 4 star, because he absolutely deserves 5.

Very good dentist. My husband picked him out of the phone book. But I was really impressed, he was very good with our girls, age 3 and 5, and especially with the 3 year old when she broke her front tooth and needed it extracted. They are in a casual, homey-feeling office. They are very helpful, gentle, and nice. I hadn't been in for 2 years because I hate it when they yell at me for not flossing enough, etc., but they were very nice and took good care of me.

I've had Barry as my dentist for 25 years. He is very good. He takes the time to discuss your situation and make choices. He has been practicing at the same location forever.

n the Milwaukee area, I believe Dr. Baumann is one of the best if you are looking for a Dentist but is quite skeptical about who. I just moved here a few years ago and recently developed a toothache, I needed to see a Dentist but I had a fear of going to the Dentist and I relied heavily on these reviews. All the reviews lived up to what Dr. Baumann was all about. He's patient, caring, and efficient. Really, I truly recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Baumann takes the time you need and try's to be extremely painless. He actually wants you to be at ease before he does anything. Nice guy great practice.

Dr. Baumann and his staff were very friendly and I got in and out on time. They were all very professional and gentle. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

I did a regular cleaning at the Baumann Barry DDS, as compared to other Dentist's I've been to, this place is more comfortable and give me a complete cleaning with out too much pain. You feel like you are taken good care of and your teen are really treated as a part of human being. Whenever you fell uncomfortable, they will stop and ask for your feelings. I like this.

I found Dr. Baumann in my dental book. He was close to my house and my son needed x-rays to make sure he did not damage his teeth or jawbone when he bit through his lip. He took my son right away and did the xrays. Everything was good.

I decided to give him a chance to clean my son's teeth. My son liked him and he was very good with my son. My son is a teen and never had a cavitiy. Yet another dentist said he had 9. I thought that was funny so I waited 6 months and took him to Dr. Baumann again. No cavities again.

I went to him when I was having a tooth problem. He was very understanding about my fear of dentists. He did offer to pull the tooth but I had to go else wear. I need more than a shot of novacaine.

His staff is very nice. My son goes to the dentist alone and they will call me with the results. Very nice for a single mom who can't be everywhere.
