I used this office because it was close to home and covered under my insurance. Most times you need to go back several times to get a service completed and of course, then you need to pay the co-pay again. I have heard stories from other people as well stating the same thing. The final straw was when I needed to get a referral for the extraction of my wisdom teeth. I was told I could pick up my referral at the office to take to my appointment. The envelope I gave to my provider had X-Rays in it, but no referral. When the office was contacted, they gave the surgeon's office the run around and faxed the wrong paperwork on two occasions. I needed to get an emergency referral from my insurance company. I told them I was never coming back to their office because of their mistakes. When I contacted the office the following Monday, they stated that the referral wasn't sent out because I had told them I wasn't using them anymore, even though they were supposed to send it a week and a half before we had that conversation. Avoid like the plague. Fine for very routine things, like fillings and cleanings, but anything complicated and you are going to wish you went somewhere else.

I went in for 5 cavities to be filled by Dr Ruzicka. A month later I still had pain. I went and she filed the resin and didn't seem too concerned. My insurance changed so I was able to go some where else and this dentist found the tooth to be cracked from my bite being changed by the filling and after the temporary crown didn't work I will be needing a root canal b/c the filling was done too close to the nerve and I have pain every time I bite down. Save your self the time and money - go some where else!
