The spa is extraordinary, I found them on the internet and they advertised Brazilian waxing in and out in 15 minutes. At first I didn't believe it so I tried it out. Not only was she fast but very, very, efficient. The staff is very professional and they always get you in for your service in a timely fashion. This is the only spa that I have found that respects your time and your spa experience. I started going there just for the Brazilian waxes but now I go there for all of my spa services. Great place to experience!!!
I was searching for a great, high-risk doctor outside of the Cleveland Clinic system, and I will happily say that I found just that in Dr. Stetzer. He is patient, extremely knowledgable and more than willing to answer the "why" instead of just giving results like so many doctors do. I will also say that he, as well as his staff, are very conscious of keeping the appointment wait times to a minimum, and for a busy, working mom who has to go to the doctor more frequently due to high-risk status, this is huge!! Others doctors in the same field of expertise in the area are known for extremely long wait times (2 hours at times), which to me is just not something I could deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Dr. Stetzer is the best OB in the MetroHealth System. I'd been through 4 before meeting him, and I have to say that he is a good listener, talks through your options and accepts your decisions. He is comfortable and unhurried in his care. Though I was forced to use a MetroHealth doctor with my last pregnancy, this time around I am returning to his care by choice.
I contacted Dr. Stetzer because I was recommended him as a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) doctor. He was not at all receptive that I did not want pain medication during labor. He seemed very condescending and not receptive at all to my requests. He will not allow a VBAC woman to go much past her due date either, which is not contraindicated by ACOG. Whereas, induction causes a higher incident of uterine rupture and repeat cesareans have been found to be less safe than VBAC. I would not recommend this doctor.
