My husband said I did not need a facelift, but I wanted one and I heard that Dr. Pruitt is the best for this. Last week my husband did tell me how beautiful I looked since my procedure. He pulled out an old photograph of me and said you look 40 again.

I am very happy with my results and my face looks natural. My friends and family have all given me the thumbs up on how good I look. I asked my kids pediatrician if she knew a good plastic surgeon. She is plugged in to the medical community and knows who the doctors and their families go to. She said 'I would go to Dr. Bryan Pruitt'. She went on 'I hear that you either go to Dr. Pruitt or wish you had'...or go to him to fix it later'. she said he had operated on her family and about 20 other doctors or their wives that she knew. That was enough for me. He did my surgery a year ago and I could not be happier! Every time I see her I thank her for the recommendation.
Dr. Pruitt knows what looks natural. I have trusted him for years to do my Botox and Restylane since he does the injections himself. When I want my lips enhanced, he always gives me more beautiful, fuller lips but they always look natural! I highly recommend Dr. Pruitt.
Several of my friends had already had face and neck lifts with Dr. Pruitt and I was the last hold out. Everyone else looked so much better than me, I had to get one! I am 73 years old and Dr. Pruitt performed my surgery back in September and I look GREAT! My only advice is that make sure Dr. Pruitt performs your procedures (he is the best) and don't wait until your are 73-yrs.-old. Have it done when you are younger so you can enjoy it longer. Dr. Pruitt and his staff are warm and professional. His staff is very welcoming and really seem like they love their jobs. During my consultation, Dr. Pruitt spent a great deal of time explaining the details of my reconstruction. However he said that an oculoplastic surgeon is more suited to perform my surgery due to involvement of my tear duct. I was so impressed he spent so much time with me and then recommended someone who he thought was the best person for the procedure. I look great! I was referred to Dr. Pruitt by a friend because I was interested in liposuction and/or tummy tuck. I didn't know what I needed, so Dr. Pruitt examined me to see which would be the best procedure(s) for 'me'. He was very professional, he did not try to talk me into additional procedures (that I didn't need or want) and he immediately made me feel at ease at my consultation. I cannot believe that my wife talked me into having a facelift and now I have my 'Neck and Jawline Back'! Dr. Pruitt is amazing. My wife has had several procedures by Dr. Pruitt and she looks fabulous, but when she said, 'you ought to think about having your neck done'...I thought she was crazy! Until I stated looking at my neck. Dr. Pruitt made me feel like a woman again, I wish I had come to him for my first surgery. I have been thinking of having my lower face and eyes done for several years, but I didn't know who to go to and I was scared. I wish I had done more research before I let this doctor take a knife to me. He made sure he had all the money up front and then didn't honor his end of the deal. He promised to do a great job of surgery, promised a good outcome. He did neither and after surgery, after he was paid, changed his whole attitude. I am left with a terrible outcome and am disfigured by his so called surgical skills. He could care less. Now as I write my comments and read others, I realize I made a bad choice. I was also told that ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN ON THESE SITES ABOUT DR. PRUITT ARE WRITTEN BY HIS OFFICE STAFF in an effort to make him look good. Anyone who goes to these sites to research a doctor knows that this is an issue as the provider wants to discount the bad reviews and make himself look good. How low can you go deceiving people! Maybe Dr. Pruitt should do right by his patients and honor his promises. Then he won't have to have friends and family defend him from the truth written about him. BEWARE

After years of excerise those areas just would not go away. I had my brow lifted and my upper eyes done. Every one was always telling me that I looked angry? I wasn't but apparently my face said something different. One of the ladys at one of the social functions I attend told me about Dr. Pruitt. She had a lower facelift with Dr. Pruitt and she looked great! So I figured that I would check him out. He told me that my brow and upper eyelids were heavy and pushed down and that's why I probly get that statement. He showed me by pushing up the muscles how lifting the brow and getting rid of the excess skin on my upper eyelids would open up my face. Needless to say I did it and I am soooooo pleased. I never hear that awefull statement any more, now all I hear is what a pretty smile I have. Much better. Dr. Pruitt was awesome and his staff was great too.

My 60th Birthday was fantastic! I had a face and necklift, lower eyelid and a procedure called perioral diamond polishing done around my lips. Talk about awesome. Everyone at my party kept teasing my husband about where did he "get his younger wife" and how he had better watch out for these younger men trying to swipe his doll. Any way I'm so thrilled.

Prior to my surgery I found something negative on the internet about him which concerned me. I can assure you my face/neck lift, eyes and browlift look great!!

Dr. Pruitt did my liposuction an made a surgical mistake which left me with a large disfiguration in my stomach. He was kind and compassionate until he realized his error and then became distant and difficult to communicate with. He did nothing to resolve the issue and left me to either live with it or get it repaired in another surgery (at additional cost). He was extremely involved in the financial aspects of the surgery and this was very uncomfortable. I should have paid more attention to the warning signs and other negative reviews but I didn't and now I am suffering as a result

What is interesting about the other reviews on this page are the dates they were written. It is quite coincidental that the majority were written within a week of each other and several on the same day. I am aware that at least one of the reviews was written by a member of Dr. Pruitt's staff to try to increase his rating as she did on the other physician review websites. Before choosing the surgeon who will take a knife to your body, and before you pay this doctor any money you should read the "true" reviews on all the other doctor review websites. The common complaint is his lack of compassion when there is a bad result.. He has your money and doesn't care if you are disfigured or if you look terrible as a result of his knife. A surgical assistant posting a review of this doctor is a little odd unless Dr. Pruitt asked her and others to help him out by posting positive reviews of his "skills". Is it really worth the chance you will take. Talk to the others who have had a bad result and then make your decision.

Dr. Pruitt is the most artistic physician! I needed a facelift, well for a long time, when I finally got brave and started asking around; every one seemed to think Dr. Pruitt was who I should see. So I did and to make a long story short. It was the best decision I ever made. I am so happy and confident, I really don't know why I waited so long to treat myself to this wonderfull experience. Yes there's some down time but oh is it worth it!! His office staff is fabulous, they just attended to my every need. I always felt like I was the only patient they had. I would do it all again.

I personally don't know how you could have improved on the excellent care I received. Carolyn was always prompt to return my calls and answer my questions no matter how silly. I received excellent care from my very first vist to my last. Dr. Pruitt did a great job and I am so pleased with my results.

I have to say that the quality of service and the level of attention to detail was very reassuring. All my concerns were addressed by Dr. Pruitt and his staff. I highly recommend Dr Pruitt for cosmetic surgery. The results exceeded my expectations.
Way back in 1991 I had the old type of liposuction before I lived in Dallas. When I had the old liposuction on my abdomen, I had to take one week off work. I couldn't believe how sore and painful the recovery was compaired to today. At my initial consultation with Dr. Pruitt, he explained the pros of having new Vaser liposuction. When I left my consultation I felt like I had a realistic expection of what my outcome should be. Six months ago I had liposuction of my abdomen, hips, and inner thighs. Dr. Pruitt did my Vaser liposuction on Friday and I went back to work on Monday. I wasn't wearing my skinny clothes on Monday, but once the initial swelling went away I could sure tell a difference in my clothes. I am very please with my results. My very good friend, Suzanna, had a brow and upper and lower eyelids by Dr. Pruitt and it took ten years off her looks and she loves it.
