very knowledgable-pts my children at ease-my kids are always nervos-always explain things so that my children knows what going to happen
they suit everyone in my family needs as well as some of our friends-they work really well to sched us with our friends so that we can "catchup" on gossip and it also helps to car pool!
i am a very nervous person and they help me feel at ease-they explain in detail what will happen during my procedure and give answers to all my questions

he weighed the options for me-he doesnt do invisalign due to the amount of researched relapse-he prefers to do it correctly the first time in the most cost effective amount of time to have a one time sucessful treatment rather than having to do it 2-3 like some of my friends had to
the office is open, friendly, and clean-you feel like a part of "their" family-they provide you all the supplies needed when in treatment-they give clear instructions with demonstrations and then you do it yourself til you get it done properly to ensure you can wear the bands properly
