Dr. Madala is a well informed physician. However she trusts her incompetent office staff more than she does her patients. She does not like patients asking questions about the training and skill of her technicians. Her office staff did not even bother to inform me when the appointment was cancelled when she was not available, Her staff did not order for the prescribed medication. did not like when questioned about it. Because we questioned them she did not want to see me again and did not even bother to ask me for explanation. or question her office manager why she did not order for the prescription.
