I no problem waiting. He gives a patient as much time as necessary. When encounters a medical condition that is not on the diagnostic checklist he jumps the fence and delves into research papers. He did that with me with a condition that defied diagnosis and was heading me toward death. He immediately began the insurance approved treatment protocol but had a not yet approved last ditch plan. The approve treatments failed and he turned to his plan D last resort. The medication was off-label and alone cost more than $9,000 for for the necessary month of 4 infusions. Again, he had all of his ducks in a row for all the insurance hurdles faced. In the meantime he had been negotion with the pharmaceutical company and they were ready to replace the doctor's supply of the medication if insurance did not come through. The insurance company did come through and on my third treament I showed a response. By treatment #4 Dr Pradhoffer's intent paid off.

Based on his use of the medication for conditions is approved for he expected my remission to to last from 3 months to 3 years. Since for me using the mediacation was in uncharted water. This is the 4th year and there are no signs that the condition is appearing.
