Dr. Kibler was very kind. She was very thorough with her answers. She has a very good bedside manner, and I will definitely come back to her again. She wasn't quick to jump my kid on antibiotics but laid out what to expect in the illness over the next few days. The office itself is pleasant and clean. The nurses are good with kids.

There is a cliche that " It will take a life time to get clients/patients and it will only take a second to loose. I was 7 months on the way on my pregnancy when me and my husband moved in to Pflugerville from Dallas. After I gave birth with our son, I started looking for a good and open minded Pediatrician. Our search is still on, we're hoping that we can find a good and professional doctor for our baby.

Today is July 7th, 2009 and we're just got back from the doctor's office for our son well-visit appointment. Our appointment is 9:00 am and we got there around 8:50 am. I signed up for our time at the front desk and waited for the nurse to take us to the check-up room for standard procedures of taking baby vital signs.
After the nurse took the vital signs, we waited again for the pediatrician to come in the check-up room. We waited for about 30 minutes late of our appointment time. Waiting for the doctor to come in and check you is something that patient need to deal with.
My husband need to check on the doctor if she is coming in soon or not. Finally she came in and say hello with us and we greeted her back. She start asking us how the baby doing and all sorts of usual stuff that doctors ask , as a mom I normally have a written questions with me before I go to any doctor's office for whatever reason so that I am ready to ask the doctor about my concerns. So I started asking the doctor about what are listed in my paper , I probably had about 15-18 short and quick questions for her that concerns me about my son.
While we are talking and me asking all the questions that I think is important, she gave us the feeling of she is not even interested on knowing that we have some questions to ask for. Usually when you see a doctor , the doctor will ask you if you have anymore questions but in her case ( Dr. Elise Kibler ) she didn't even let me finish my list instead she said ":nice to see you again " and we felt that she want's us to go and leave with the feeling of we been treated unfairly. I said, wait a minute we've been waiting for you about 30 mins. late of our appointment time and this is how you treated us. We are not talking about you being a doctor and us being a patient but we are talking about care. She didn't even care about asking us if we have anymore concerns, we really felt like she is not into it and she gave us the impressions of her being a unprofessional and rude doctor.
How can you rush your patient if you are late yourself for about 30 mins of their appointment time. We didn't feel any affection and care from her, it's like her saying OK I AM DONE WITH YOU LET ME GET OUT OF HERE. She said she is in a hurry ,, I said gosh she is late and she rushed us to get out of there. What the hek is that? besides she didn't even answer my questions about me asking her how can I prevent my son in getting Eczema. She said our son just have a very sensitive skin, well I am expecting at least some sort of prevention tips. We really felt very bad about it and now I am looking for a new doctor again and hopefully we can find one.

We or any patient don't deserve to be treated like that.

If your are looking for a Pediatrician don't get her service for you will get the same treatment we got.
