I've been a patient of Dr Deppert's for about 3 years. He is the rare physician who takes time to truly listen and doesn't give up (or blame the patient) just because it's not easy or obvious. I bring some of my own knowledge and intuition to the table, and he has never been dismissive, but is always willing to take everything into consideration. He has been reassuring and systematic in leaving no stone unturned in terms of reasonable testing, and we have constructed a treatment plan together that actually works for me. I've found him to be extremely knowledgeable in terms of established allopathic medicine as well as ongoing research. At the same time he is refreshingly NOT reflexively dismissive of heterodox and even holistic approaches... I'm really and truly indebted to him and his excellent (thorough, efficient, and very busy) staff.
