When my regular Dr was not available, staff made me an early morning appointment with Dr Esch. Had to wait over an hour, (not the norm for LGH) and 15 minutes in exam room. Never got a reason why the wait. The nurse had no personality. From a scale of 1-10, she was a minus 25. Horrible!
After the appointment wanted to get a message to the Dr and the staff refused so had to write a letter to Dr.
The Dr was OK but needs desperately to get different support staff. If I were looking for a Dr, would chose someone else just because of poor staff. LGH does not support dissatisfaction like this. Hope I get an evaluation form.

Norlanco just recenlty completed their build out and now include a pharamacy on site, MRI provider and physical therapy together with being a family practice. Overall the doctors are wonderful (most born and raised in the local area) the only complaint I have is with the receptionist and answering the phone. There are times that I have called and have been on hold for 20 minutes (which seems excessive). There is never a problem with scheduling a sick visit and the doctor's are normally running on time.
