Dr Shapiro and his staff were highly professional. I was extremely nervous for my first root canal and heard horror stories from my friends. Turns out it is a piece of cake, I didn't feel a thing. If I ever need another one I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr Shapiro and his staff were top notch. They got me in the same day I was having pain and did my entire root canal. Even without an appointment I hardly waited. The root canal was a breeze. Highly recommend!!!!!
Dr Shapiro of Western Mass Endo was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything carefully. I was very comfortable.
