Dr. Fran Rotter is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. The office is beautiful, the staff is very courteous. She was able to help me out with my problems. I've been seeing her for years! :)
My whole family has been seeing Dr. Rotter for years. Her bedside manner and personality are great. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what she is doing. Thanks to working summer camp and holding kids hands 40+ hours a week I developed a pesky wart on my thumb. The freezing off process hurt, but she distracted me the whole time from the pain. I have referred her to many of my friends and they all are equally impressed. Since moving from DC to Atlanta she is definitely someone I miss.
