The staff is the most caring and professional staff I have encountered in my 60 years. There are no numbers there, everyone is treated like family. Their success is the combination of good management, staff, and doctors.
Green Valley OB/GYN's staff makes Dr. Torres look GREAT! They are helpful and informative. They take their time to check out each and everyone one of us. What will always stand out in my mind is that Dr. Torres took the time to for my mother to hear our daughter's heart beat the first time. Out of precautions Dr. T and his staff took all the extra steps to make sure we have a healthy little girl. The day of our delivery was a baby boom, and Dr. T was on his NINTH delivery when our daughter was born. SHOULD we decide to have another one, the wait is worth it, the nurses take their time with each patient and I'm greatful for each one of them!
After many years going there very often, Dr. Torres never new my name they treat everybody I know like a simple number. They just care about money and they lied to me just to proceed to an expensive surgery that I didn't need. Really don't go with him.
