We moved from out of state when my daughter was sick with an ear infection. They were able to easily get her in, but it felt very rushed and the Dr's did not take the time to answer any questions. It felt like an assembly line. They did not even weigh her. We switched to another Dr.

I have 2 children that go to this practice (3 yr old & 4 mos old ) - everyone there is WONDERFUL. Our favorites are Dr. Sue Park and Dr. Denise Ballesteri - and Nurse Practicioner Amy Landis is phenomenal! I have never had a problem getting in to see a doctor when my daughter is sick ( which has been A LOT) and the well baby visits have been seemless. They are located just off Seminary Rd. just 5 blocks from INOVA Alexandria Hospital and they have weekend hours as well. Oh, and underground parking for those hot summers and cold winters!

I have been so pleased with this practice. I have seen a nurse practicioner there as well as 2 doctors. i have never had a problem getting in to see a doctor when my child is sick and the well baby visits have been great. I do think that they have a silly method of separating well babies from sick babies in the waiting room, but whatever. Other than that, I only have praise. i was even able to get ahold of a doctor late at night within minutes. Again, I have been quite satisfied with them, their knowledge and their candor with the kids!

doc(s) knowledge is limited to what they know. Never went out of their way for my kids. I moved after my 2nd child.

PROS: always gave me co-pay credit on sick visit forwards well-being check-ups
CONS: staff not friendly, really hard to get thru on phone w/ other staff

We saw both a Nurse Practicianer Amy and Dr Kathleen Lundgren at this location. Both providers took extra time with a new Mom to go over all the things you should watch for in a brand new baby. They even noted that though my daugther was no were near the weight restrictions she was nearing the height restriction on her infant car seat. Everyone was polite, caring and professional. I enjoyed this practice when we lived in the area. I would recommend. I only gave it 4stars because getting though on the phone to make an appointment was always a pain. BUT they started letting you leave messages and they call you back - that is a plus!
