I went there for a consultation and i gave them my insurance card. The staff wasn't friendly but the doctor was pretty nice and helpful guy. They recommend me to have all my wisdom teeth pulled out and they said that all I had to pay was $450 and the insurance would covered it all. But 6 months later a debt attorney called me said that I owe them money and that i didn't pay for it but I never got any mail because they wrote the wrong name and it never got to me and they had my number and they never called me. After 6 months the only way i found out that i owe money was from the attorney themselves. I have also heard from other people that they don't even call the insurance company to ask how much will be covered but they all back to the dentist to ask. They were rude to me when I ask for some kind of receipt. I highly don't recommend this. I thought there was something wrong went i called the Alexandria office and they said they don't have anything until next month and i called reston and they have something opened right away. I don't believe they are looking out for you best interest but for the money.
But the doctor was a nice and helpful person
