I have been a patient for 15 years and have always gotten a straight answer for any questions or concerns. Some times he runs a bit late, because he gives each patient his full attention and some times making sure they unserstand all the information he is giving them takes a bit longer. I have no problem with this because I know he will take as much time as needed to meet my needs.
