Dr. Bigler took the time to actually listen to my concerns. His staff was very professional, compassionate, and gentle. As a team they helped me understand my mouth and together we discussed options to my problems. As treatment was performed it was virtually painless, and my comfort was always a consideration. My needs were pretty extensive, but each time I was able to experience the same carring experience. Overall the process was good and I love the results.
