John T. Paas, MD

I would highly recommend Dr. Paas. A friend recommended him to me and he delivered my two sons. He was very professional and the staff is very friendly.

Dr.Paas is a great doctor, I would give him five stars. He delivered my son Mathew via c-section and he did my tubal ligatiion. I'm stubborn and don't listen and now I have hormonal problems. This wasn't because of him he warned me about everything and very honest and upfront about everything.

Dr. Paas is by far one of the best Dr I have seen. I helped me with my Endometriosis. He listens and give real answers even if they are one I might now like. He has a way of taking a serious matter and making it easy to talk about.
Even now that I don't have insurance he has been very helpful. Letting me know what might be and what is happening with my body and what is the next step to take. Thank ou DR Paas for all that you do.

Dr. Paas' treatment of me was arrogant, condescending and bordering on dishonest. He asked mean questions right from the start ("Do you KNOW how this happened?"), never once asked how I was feeling about things, and made me feel as though I had no options or voice in how things went. I think he broke my water manually without telling me, because it worked into his schedule and corresponded with his (wrong) best guess at EDD. When my water broke in his office, I was not offered any kind of help and found myself waddling around the exam room, grabbing stacks of whatever I could find to try to blot it up. I was blessed to see a specialist I could actually talk to, because Dr. Paas sure didn't fit that bill. He was the sole source of trauma during my first pregnancy. Would NOT return for care of any kind.

I'll start by saying that I am very picky about the doctors that my family and I use. I will go from doctor to doctor until I find the right one. Dr. Paas, in my experience, is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. He delivered my two girls (via planned c-sections), one year apart, so I got to know him fairly well. I received fabulous care and was always confident that he had my (and my babies) best interest at heart. I wholeheartedly recommend him, and have already done so several times to my friends. Part of an OBGYN's time is spent doing scheduled office appointments, but they don't have control over the other part of their job...when their patients deliver. As a result, sometimes the doc must step out of the office to deliver a baby. It's the nature of the job. That's a poor reason to rate him with 1/2 star.The office staff is very efficient and friendly. I was seen once in the office by his partner, Dr. Hernandez, and she attended my c-sections. She is every bit as nice and attentive as Dr. Paas. Absolutely no complaints here.Julia E.

In defense of Dr. Paas, I feel he is a great doctor, yes he is always running late but that is because he delivers the chidren of the patients he sees. He delivered my twin boys and I love him. He may be a little quirky but you get past that, he is great and so is his staff.

Please!!! Don't bother going to him. He has no compassion for women. Why he is in practice for obgyn, only GOD knows. The staff upfront is somewhat friendly, they try because they must be under the gun. The nurse in the back which only looks 18, doesn't know any better. She is being overworked and probably underpaid. Dr is always running a late schedule. He never answers your questions honestly, if he does his answers come across arrogant and jokingly. He doesn't take your health seriously. I give him half a star and that is being generous.
