My husband has consulted with Genesis Back and Neck regarding decompression. As part of their initial information intake, Genesis includes a credit application. Genesis applied and opened a credit line without our request for credit or consent. Now, the credit company claims we owe $500. yet my husband did not receive treatment that day; he has not returned to Genesis; he did seek credit from Genesis or a credit company.

If you have a minor back problem, his treatment may work. However if you have a bulging disc, herniated disc or more serious back problem, his method of treatment will not work for you. I spent more than 3 months with him, I still have back problem. I finally decided to stop his treatments and went to another spine doctor for advice. I ended up with a successful surgery and my back problem is gone. At the first visit, he promised to fix my back without any surgery. But he failed. A broken promise. I wish I did not listen to him at first. It costs me a lot money for a fail treatment. Very bad, very bad.

Excellent staff and always ready to accommodate your needs. Professional and clean environment. I had severe lower back pain and thought.....I'll give Dr. Jordan a shot.
Very surprised indeed!. I am now playing golf today without the use of a support belt.
Dr. Jordan and his staff could not improve my golf game but I always look forward to my
next tee time.....pain free.

Dr. Jordan runs a class act center. My family has gone to his office for several years now and have had great success with his treatment. Very competant and friendly staff and he reallys gets rid of the pain. Highly Recommend

I was so impressed the first time I went to the Family Chriropratic center. I have gone to many chiropractors and most have helped but not all explain and are gentle. I go about twice a month and have no back pain. They have taken the time not only to explain what is going on but as far as how to prevent it and do exercises to keep it from happening again. They aren't out for the money but to really help you.

This is the best chiropractic care that I have ever received! They were extremely thorough in explaining my back problems and treatment plan step by step. They have a no wait policy that I loved because I didn't have to worry about the hassle of long drawn out appointments. Extremely riendly staff and doctors.

There were many things i liked about this clinic:
1. They didn't keep me waiting. When i arrived they were almost always ready for me.
2. The atmosphere was pleasant.
3. They were genuinely concerned about me, and not their pocket-book.
4. They were conservative in their treatment options, and they kept their eye on MY pocketbook.
5. The staff was friendly.
6. The Docs were knowledgeable, and asked a lot of questions up front to figure out what the problem was before prescribing solutions.
7. They do this work for the Dallas Cowboys. That's how good they are.
