If you are looking for a top notch caring doctor, look no further. Prior to Dr. Watson I went through 3 pediatricians in 2 years. It was clear that I was merely an end to their means...money. Then a friend recommended Dr. Watson and after 2 visits I knew that she was my children's guardian angel. Her diagnosis is always right on target and more importantly my children love her. She is affectionately known as the ticklely doctor. Her bedside manner is in a class of its own. Their aren't enough kind words to express my gratitude for her nuturing ways and top rate doctoring. I should also note that both of my children have had their share of medical emergencies i.e. ulcerative colitis and kidney abnormalities. Dr. Watson without fail knew right away what the issue was. What more could one ask from their doctor?

After living in New York City for 15 years, we have grown to have high expectations in doctors. Our daughter was born in NYC with the Chief Resident Pediatrician as her doctor. We were new to Houston, had only lived here 28 days prior to my sons birth and did not have a pediatrician. At Memorial City Memorial Herman where I delivered, I asked the maternity nurses who they would recommend as a Pediatrician. Every nurse chimed in with "Dr. Laurie Hogarth without a doubt"... One phone call to Dr. Hogarth's office from my hospital bed and I was scheduled for the following day (my son had some issues with jaundice). The doctors or nurses did not know me from Adam, however, I and my child were treated treated like we were royalty. I and my 6 day old son were escorted to a clean room away from the sniffling/normal patients and immediately treated special. We have been happily ever after since, even after most of the doctor's moving from West Houston to Sugar Land to open private practice. Now, this is the selling point --- 4 of the Doctors (including Dr. Hogarth) of TCP were at an office 2 blocks from my home. After 5 months of amazing and convenient care the doctors opened private practice in Sugar Land at Town Center Pediatrics. I love each and every doctor so much that I travel 12 miles from Westpark Drive and the Beltway all the way to Sugar Land to maintain this relationship, even in an emergency. I feel that I and above all my children are special to Dr. Hogarth. My 4 1/2 year old loves Dr. Hogarth and runs to her every time she sees her. Dr. Gilreath is my second to Dr. Hogarth, however, Dr. Hogarth is our primary. These doctors love children and are patient and kind to parents. The nurses are top notch and are just as loving and kind. For me to drive from Westchase to Sugar Land must mean something.

I love my doc!!! Dr. Gilreath is sooooooooo wonderful!!!! I'm a first time mom and three days after my little boy was born in Feb., I found Dr. G and she took me under her wing. She has answered all my questions and has guided me through the most important milestones in my little baby's life. Heck, she even showed me the correct way to 'burp' and 'feed' my little boy- awesome. She has continued to deliver the BEST care for my little one. Dr. Gilreath takes her time and really listens to everything. She never sugar coats anything too much- so I 'feel' and know I can trust her. But, most importantly she shows "love" when she cares for my little boy and that alone speaks volumes!!!! God Bless you, Dr. Gilreath!!

Last year my daughter and I moved across Houston and we drive from Spring for our doctor visits. We had been to see my daughter's pediatrician the previous week and my daughter was not showing many signs of improvement. It was 5pm on a Friday and I knew if I didn't do something she would be miserable all weekend. I called the after-hours line and the dispatcher was pleasant and told me someone would get right back to me on my cell phone. My daughter's physician called (not a nurse, not an on-call, but HER doctor) from her private cell phone, while heading home from work, to discuss my daughter's issues. How cool is that!?! She took note of all of her symptoms and called in a prescription immediately. We love this place, have been seeing the same pediatrician since my child was born, and plan to continue as a patient for many years to come!

I am sitting here on a Friday night concerned about my child. The treatment
proscibed for my child while combats some of the symptoms of the condition
does not address the root cause. While the condition is not life threatening,
the prolonged condition and treatment can cause damage to the liver and possibly
harm (brain) development of the child.

The doctor had sent us to the hospital for some diagnosis tests. The
hospital stated the results would be availabe this this last Tuesday, and recommended that
we contact our doctor on Wednesday to review the results.
I contacted the office, and the nursing staff stated that the
results were available Thursday, and that once a doctor has reviewed the results they would contact us Friday. It is currently after working hours on Friday and we have not been contacted by
anyone at Town Center Pediatrics, doctors or nursing staff.

I am truly dissappointed that no one had found the time in the last two days to contact us about our childs condition. Since this is a Friday, I suspect that we will not hear from them until normal working hours next week.

While I understand the issues of a busy business, it still does not excuse the end results.
