.

Very short office hours three days a week with a 1 and 1/2 hour lunch break each of those three days. Message machine always turned on, and if you leave a message, there is a long wait for a return call. HMO patients beware -- Referral process is very difficult and laborious. Referrals only granted after begging and pleading, then one specialist visit at a time. You have to keep coming back to be granted that next referral piece of paper. Their phone message asks patients to "understand that referrals could take up to a week". That's a long time to wait while you're ill or in pain. ~~~ Beware - If you do come for an office visit, it's short and only addresses what doctor feels needs addressing. Her response to my complaint of pain each of the times I came in -- "Wait another 4 weeks. Make an appointment." When I was not happy with staying in pain another 4 weeks, her response was "It sounds to me like your getting through your life". I am -- but in pain. That's where a good doctor is supposed to come in. Two visits with this doctor and she never even looked at the knee that was causing me pain. She simply discounted my complaint. Almost three months later, I am still limping between her and the orthopedic surgeon. Surgery is a probability now. Thumbs down.

Trying to get an appointment with this doctor is next to impossible. I can't tell you how many times I've had to wait more than a month for an appointment with this physician. When you do get in, visits are quick and I don't believe them to be very thorough. I definitely would not recommend this physician.-
