My wife and I had been trying for years to have a baby, boy or girl. we decided to try out dr. bustillo and our lives changed. dr. bustillo and staff were so nice and helped us throughout the whole process. they are funny too. they cheered us up when our first cycle did not work, and never gave up on us. our second shot was successful. we have twins now. who would of thought. i just want to say to the public, if you are lost and do not know where to start, this is the place to go if you're looking to great pregnant. thanks dr. bustillo and staff. you will see johnny and devin soon!

Don't go to this place Please is the worst place ever money money money . We spend $30,000.00 first time I had more that 17 follicle my surprise at the end only had 5 they put 2 they of my transfer very unprofessional talking about Maria Conchita Alonso not event seeing were she was putting the egg and nothing to do with the transfer and really I felt like vomiting and the end it didn't work out at the end of the 17 follicle they left only one. Dr Bustillo talk me that I had problem so she send me to do a blood work for $800.00 just to see I had no problem then she talk me not to do the frozen cycle but I did it any way. Some how the date of my transfer another Doctor did my transfer and I got pregnant just from on follicle the one was frozen a miracle happened just to found out after that the baby was dead it look like that the way is was planted was wrong and they cut me in the process. Please don't go there ones they see you want to stick to your plan and you don't want to continued spending money they treat you like a garbage they never return your calls at the beginning you just don't know and whatever they tell you to do you do it but after you start questioning why they want you to do things over and over the same text really there is no need event if you had results from other places they said it is not good and they even do exam with no authorization in you part the nurses are terrible Josy, Mercy , Adriana all of the staff including Oscar Machado also your medications are never on time and if you want your medicals records prepared your self to suffer. And even pay for the copies the only good nurse is Marlene, Shirley was no class it just like Bustillo dry and cold and the place is so dirty, if the see you that you no longer want to spend more money prepared to suffer then you are just garbage for then. At the end you go home empty no money no baby it is like gambling you are just $$$$ to this people don't go there don't let this people get rich!!!!!!!!!!!!

my experience at this office was the worst and i want every one to know about. something that means the world to us was stepped on by dr.bustillo and her staff. dr.bustillo is super dry and when she talks to you she is so cold and dry like a bottle of wine. when you are talking about something so improtant like having a baby she needs class on how to talk to her patients. i dont care if she has 30 years of experience. the office is super unorganized starting from mercy to the famous adrianna that also has no people skills. dr. bustillo gives you no hope at all but she does push the fact to go for a donor so she can make more money. sacha was the only one that helped us and took the time to explain things to us. the other doctor there that has no people skill is the american tall doctor. omg he is the worst. after going there getting ready to do something that meant the world to us i had to wait a month beacuse they where so unorganized and did not inform me that i had to take out blood. they did not care. so we had to wait a month. i went back and i got started. dr busillo put me on fermera for 5 days and the shots that by the was cost alot. she messed up because on the 10 day i had to cancell. but i feel the dr.bustillo cancelled bc she gave me the wrong medicine to start with and also she was going on vacation.we then meet with dr bustillo after her vacation for her to tell us that once again she does not think its going to happen. well we did it again. she pushed donor on us so many times i guess she makes alot money of of that. we where successful we had 7 follicles but it did not work out. we are going to someone else. please dont go there. they will step on all your dreams. adrianna never answers the phone and they leave you waiting in the room for ever. please dont go there. they dont care that this is something that you and your husband want. dr.bustillo i will pray for you

Because of Dr. Bustillo, not only did we receive one beautiful child, but tripletts. We are so blessed to meet her and all of her staff. They never stopped helping us. I fully recommend anyone who has a problem like I did to PLEASE go to South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine on sunset and 62nd place! They will make your dreams come true!

They offer money back guarantee package wich not really is. Read small letters on paper, please. If you pay and you don't get pregnant you loose the whole money. Be careful.

Went to see Dr. Thompson there after a horrible, horrible experience with Palmetto Fertility (Doctor Michael D. Graubert), the first impression was great, she had an inicial consultation with me and my husband for almost 2 hours and we deicided to go for an IUI. After the inicial consultation, we never heard from Dr. Thompson again, you basically deal with nurses and the doctors just don't care. After some examinations that revealed some other problems, she didn't even bother to call me to discuss further options. Nobody called me to find if my insemination worked and when I called them to tell it didn't, no "I'm sorry" from them, nothing.

I visited South Florida Institute Of Reproductive because my husband and I were trying to conceive a baby. After much effort, we didn't succeed, so we visited this clinic, and I am so glad I did. They showed true concern for me and my husband and reallt wnated us to help resolve this problem. They answered all our questions and helped us out by tellign us methods of increasing fertility. The prices they offered were great ,and so was the customer service.
