Dr. Baechler took a very conservative approach to treat me. The negative impact on my daily activities was minimal and the treatment seems to be successful. I appreciate a surgeon is first to think and treat, rather than one that is first to cut and then think after the fact. Dr. Baechler could have performed surgery but did not feel and I agree, that the risk outweighed the benefit. Once surgery or being in pain was the only option, I decided on surgery and the decision was a good one for me. The surgery was successful but Dr. Baechler will continue to treat and follow up with me as necessary.
