I refer to DR. Weiss as the Dentist from Hell. I had been to him previously for multiple visits to repair and replace a missing tooth. When I went back a couple of years later he mocked the tooth he replaced asking who did that work...I told him he did. Then comes the extraction. He gave me my shots of novacaine and left the room for approximately 15 min. When he returned he asked if I still had feeling and I said yes. He was upset with that answer so he gave me two more shots of novacaine and immediately pulled my tooth. I was inlot of pain. If the dental assistant who was working that day reads this she will surely remember. I was crying not only from the pain but from knowing that this so called DR. could be so inhumane, cruel and uncaring. Please....don't even think of going to this man with so many other dentists in the area. Thanks for listening.
Hi,I was pleased when I found this site. Being able to to review the service we get is something employers and employees should keep in mind to provide an excellent service to their patients.1.-The office is clean2.-The front desk are not pleasant nor efficient when it comes to provide service to the Hispanic Patients. They have neglected service, refused to give them appointments or if they had an appointment they refuse to let the patient be seen by the doctor if they didn't speak English as fluent as they would like. This is not a language issue is a discrimination issue that has to be taken care of. If the community is growing and working hard to learn to speak English these staff have to have patients when attending these people and provide the same service as the one they give to other English Speakers. Something has to be done in order to provide EQUAL service to everyone.3.-It depends if you speak English easy if you don't hard. I just called with a co worker who speaks English but has a very noticeble accent and she was told to call back with someone who talks English and before she could tell them that she spoke English they hung up on her. 4.-They don't specialize in anything a relative had an unbeareble tooth aike and wasn't given service.This is very sad a good doctor working with people like this. I believe he should do a meeting a provide some human relations to his employees.My main purpose is to have this dental facility improve because we can't judge veryone for a few.
