I also started going here through buying a Groupon, but I've had the exact opposite experience than rkwcasting. (Why would you buy it if it was so far away from you?) The staff is super friendly, and especially Debbie, who some might actually think is over the top nice. She texts, emails and calls you to confirm appointments. Then she thanks you if you bother to reply. They'll soak your hands in parafin wax while you wait. They have comfy chairs and a fireplace to sit by, and they're always on time. Thanks to not having adequate dental care for many years I've been there half a dozen times now and it's always been a good experience. And my root canal and crown work (while not exactly pleasant) has been perfect.

Bought a groupon for a teeth cleaning at this dentist's office...this experience has definitely taught me never to buy a groupon again! I called to make my appointment and the receptionist was so rude! She refused to spell my name correctly even after I spelled it slowly and clearly for her and then gave me an appointment that is 4 months from now!!!!! I'm thinking of just forgetting about the $50 bucks the groupon cost and calling it a wash...

Cons: Rudeness, far away

I used to have to be under conscious sedation to have my teeth worked on, but now thanks to Dr. Dustin and his staff I was able to complete my treatment plan knowing that it was at my pace and comfort level without having to be asleep. The staff at Dr. Dustin's office goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They are very personable and genuinely interested in your wants and needs. Dr. Dustin's office is unlike any dentist I have ever been to. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the experience you will have with Dr. Dustin and his fabulous staff! I would and will recommend them to anyone!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome office. The staff are out of this world, very friendly and professional. Dr. Dustin does amazing work, just finished a bridge for me. You cannot tell that its not my own teeth. He had a challenge with what I had, looks amazing! He makes you feel comfortable.
Check out the office interior....very nice!. On one visit, I received a free chapstick, nice touch--and very appreciated on that visit. Sometimes its the littlest things that make the difference.

I have been enjoying the services of Parkrose Dental Studio since 2005=) I have had the best experience with this establishment from regular exams and cleaning, to zoom! whitening services, to fixing the botched job of another dentist's filling.

I am happy to travel from the SW Aloha/Beaverton area to NE Portland for the superb service and friendliness--everyone is so kind, too...from Debbie, the "patient concierge," to Karen, my hygienist, to Dr. Dustin himself.

I highly recommend all my friends go to Parkrose Dental for the best dental experience ever!

Dr has a very gentle touch and soothing voice and manner. The staff members all work together to make the appointment a pleasant experience. Everyone seems to take pride in their craft and so obviously strive for perfection.

Dr. Dustin and his staff are extremely competent and thorough. Not only is the work they do superb, but the customer service is outstanding. I can honestly say it is the first time I have not dreaded going to the dentist. I have recieved both routine dental work ups as well as having an implant and crown completed. At each visit I have experienced exceptional treatment. In addition, all costs and insurance are discussed prior to the visit so there will not be any suprises. I truly appreciate the service I have received from this office and highly recommed Parkrose Dental Studio.

I am a person who has experienced 40 some years of dental work. I can almost call myself an expert on what can be done only because I have had to experience about everything possible a dentist could perform. With this said I have found Nathan Dustin to be an understanding dentist who does not discuss your situation in a negative fashion. In the past the thought of a new dentist would make me cringe just because I would have to explain why I had so much work done. Instead I have received a world of support and only positive feedback from him and his staff.

The atmosphere of the office is a very comfortable place. They have provided me with many amenities as well as a very clean working environment. I have already spent many hours in the chair but with music, movies and pillows it is much more tolerable. They are all about the patients comfort and I so appreciate it.

Now for the important part, how is the work? Well I am in the process of having a total restore done of my smile. More for health reasons with a bonus of an aesthetic new look. So far much work has been done and I have been very satisfied with how we are progressing. Dr Dustin is making sure that my bite is being corrected so that I will no longer have the pains that come from having an incorrect one. This by far is huge to me. He plans his work load very well and I never feel that he is rushing to get to the next person. I have had to come in without an appointment and that has been accommodated in a positive way as well.

All in all I have been very please with my experiences with Nathan Dustin and all his staff and I appreciate everything he is doing for me.
