Dr. Weber and his staff are simply outstanding. I've been going to his office for many years and have recommended people to his office who have all been very happy and have thanked me for recommending him.
Any problems I've had with my eyes (e.g. allergy or stuck/lost lens) have always been solved with a same-day appointment when I called. A top notch office all around!

My wife's designer frames fell part just months after she purchased them at a Lenscrafters near our former home in the New York City area. She took them to the Lenscrafters store in Springfield, where a harried and impatient technician informed her that the frames had been discontinued and could not be replaced. The technician offered my wife a "replacement" pair at half-off the going price -- which isn't, strictly speaking, a replacement. My wife called the Lenscrafters store at the Granite Run Mall in Media, where a sales manager named Rita offered to investigate Lenscrafters stores, staewide, in search of a true replacement pair. One day later, Rita called my wife with news that she had located a suitable pair of frames, in my wife's size, at a store in western Pennsylvania. DHL delivered them to the Granite Run store the next day, and the replacement eyeglasses were ready in a flash. Rarely have we seen such excellent service from a chain eyeglass company -- but people like Rita make all the difference. Brava and thanks. We urge eyeglass wearers to look into (no pun intended) the Granite Run Lenscrafters store. They really go the extra mile in service of their customers.
