Worst Experience Ever. I have a discoloration around my left eye, so wanted to see a dermatologist before it got worst, because it is on my face and I'm a cosmetologist therefore I work in front of a mirror all day and that white spot is the first thing I see. Anyway I went back in January 2011 and I was pleased with the service, however the Dr I saw couldn't see the white spot (lights in there are the worst for skin treatments) and she alse said that it was nothing, well after a month, the spot is grown and getting lighter, so I went back and I asked to see another Dr since the one I saw before could not help me. First I black lady (may be a helper, not a nurse) told me that all they could give me was a bleach cream, and nothing else, I told her that I just wanted to see another Dr, she went and grab a Practiocioner (not a dermatologist) she came in into the room and could not see the spot still, she asked if I used anything, even if I wax, of course if I did that, both eyes will be the same and stopping whatever I did was the first step before even thinking of going to see and specialist, I was in tears at this point, because I am very scared that I have a disease that no Dr is getting, so she walk out of the room and said that she was going to bring someone else, she never came back, to the room, I left the clinic and no one even notice that. If this people is going to treat sick people, specially with skin problems, they should be more sensitive about it, and if they don't have a solution, PLEASE REFER YOUR PATIENTS TO SOMEONE THAT MAY HAVE IT, LIKE A PLASTIC SURGEON OR SOMETHING.
