I've always hated going to the dentists. Always think they rip you off, carry out avoidable work, over charge, don't take into account people's panic of that god-awful drill. Then I visited this most welcoming friendly dentist. Amazing service!!!! Made me feel really relaxed. Highly recommended Doctor
Dr. Randy Wolff is a talented, caring, and passionate dentist. In my short time in San Diego I had two fairly major dental issues and Dr. Wolff handled both of them superbly. Initially I came to Dr. Wolff when the binding on my chipped front tooth had fallen off. I saw my dentist in NY several times regarding the situation. Each time she would fix it in an aesthetically unpleasing manner and each time after a couple of months the binding would again fall off. In one visit Dr. Randy Wolff fixed this tooth beautifully and it has still held two years later. He also saved me from root canal by his inventive measures- a fix that has likewise held for two years. Now if I only can find a dentist like him in Boston....

Again,I went to Google after a bad experience with another Dental office,had the best cleaning ever,after coming from Dental background.I feel blessed & so confident to have ended up at Dr Wolff.
I'm an extremely nervous and high-maintenance patient. Dr. Wolff and Denise (the hygenist whom I regularly see) are both very gentle and thorough in their treatment. They explain everything and really make sure I understand what's going on. I've been going to them for years and can't imagine going anywhere else.
Randy Wolff and his staff provide the ultimate in professional treatment and thoughtful consideration. Whether it be a routine appointment or an emergency service, I know that Dr. Wolff knows what to do, how to do it - or to whom I should be referred for special procedures. I've been a patient for more than 10 years and I simply could not recommend Dr. Wolff more highly.
I had not gone to the dentist in over 5 years. My friends recommended Dr. Wolff. I was so worried about the criticism I would get for not taking better care of my teeth. But Dr. and Staff were very understanding and did not lecture me. Instead they took care of my immediate needs and sat me down and discussed further treatment and better home care. They called the next day to check up on me. I would definately recommend them.
Dr Wolff and staff are so gentle and loving when I am a nervous wreck in the chair. They made me a lot more comfortable with dental issues, as well as educating me in the latest electric toothbrushes and procedures. Would recommend Dr Wolff to EVERYONE!!
It had been years since I saw a dentist and Dr. Wolff eased my fears with his compassion and understanding. I was worried my teeth were a wreck. Dr. Wolff has the latest technology with computers and monitors in the rooms. He was very thorough in his exam and was happy to tell me that I had only a few cavities and would not be needing any major treatment! He showed me my xrays and showed me where the cavities were. What a relief! I told all my friends and family about him. My brother is now sees Dr. Wolff too!
I want to recommend Dr. Wolff as a great dentist and caregiver. I The staff is compassionate and caring.
My scheduled appointments are on time. The staff and Dr. Wolff explain each procedure,and reassure me.
The staff is friendly and efficient and have wonderful follow-up.
The office is organized, clean. I have recommended him to family and friends for these reasons.

Randy L. Wolff, D.D.S. Dr. Wolff is passionate about his work and his patients. He is deeply committed to being the best dentist he can be and loves what he does! Dr. Wolff's strong commitment to his patients, to whom he often refers to as "his other family," is obvious from your very first meeting with him. Developing a personal relationship with each and every patient is priority one. Care and dedication at this level are what brings our patient's, their families and friends back through the generations. After graduating from high school, Dr. Wolff realized a career in dentistry was what he wanted. He began his pre-dental studies at the University of California at Riverside (UCR). While at UCR, Dr. Wolff served as the treasurer of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Dr. Wolff graduated with honors and completed his dental degree at Loma Linda University in 1988. Dr. Wolff scored highest in his class on both of his national boards. After graduation, Dr. Wolff was accepted into Loma Linda Veterans Administration Hospital for it's residency program. In 1994 Dr. Wolff met and began working with Dr. Norman D. Sperber in San Diego. Dr. Wolff purchased the practice from Dr. Sperber in 1995 and expanded the practice to offer more specialized dentistry procedures. Dr. Wolff holds numerous educational certificates and continues to spend his spare time pursuing a higher degree of dental education. He is dedicated to learning the newest dental techniques in order to take better care of his patient's individual needs. Dr. Wolff is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, he enjoys worldwide travel and is passionate about music and photography. He is a "big" football fan and enjoys following the San Diego Chargers. Locally, Dr. Wolff is a member of the San Diego County Dental Society, Pacific Beach Town Council and the San Diego Chapter of the Better Business Bureau.
