Dr Gray is good but his staff is poor at communicating, they do not follow up well, when they tell you they will call you back dont hold your breath. I informed receptionist that there was lack of follow up and when they tell you they will call you back and they do not. Her response was, it's not my job. Someone needs to advise her that if she is interfacing with customer then it is her job to be professional and not sherk responsibility, that is why it is called customer service, very poor communication, if you go to this office be prepared to have to drive to process since they will not follow up even when they tell you to your face they will.
