As a patient with chrons disease I have pain due to my illness I couldn't get into see my g.i untill 3months later so I scheduled a appt. with dr. Bluck he basically talked down about my illness the whole time I was their couldn't refer me to another doctor or specialist denied me service after I sat there in extreme pain I didn't know what to do he tells me there's the door you have the right to change doctors.. I said Your right I do have the right to change doctors but you can't help? He proceeded to call security like I'm doing something wrong? I'm seeking help !!! I'm in pain!!! Thanks doc!!! Arrogance is not your best trait thanks kaiser !!! for hiring a kid that cant act professional.
