Dr. Francioni does good work. She has treated me for TMJ and replaced an implant. Her bed side manner could most certainly use improvement. Some days she is friendly, others brisk, but never rude. I think she knows her field well, performs the same tasks many times a week, that she forgets that the patients need more information to feel comfortable. She has always answered my questions, but you have to ask her, she won't just tell you. If you want an extremely patient hand holder, she's not the doc for you. But if you want some one who does great work and will be sure you have good results, she's your doc.
While the work that Francioni did was competent (as confirmed by other dental professionals) she was rude, callous and combative when asked politely to explain her treatment plan. She was thoughtless about pain management and treated her patient and caregiver with disdain.
There are other equally qualified, credentialed, talented oral surgeons in the area, I see no reason to suggest to anyone that they see Francioni.
