As one of the reviewers above has said, Dr. Epps is not over all a bad doctor. He is very nice and seems to be fairly interested in your medical conditions, that is when you can get past his witch of a secretary. He has changed offices so I am not sure that she still works with him but she operates almost as if it is HER decision whether or not your good enough or sick enough to see the doctor. If she decides she doesn't like you or if you bother her she gets very snippy and almost berating. When you are sick with a migraine you have had for days and days the last thing you want to do is deal with a character like her. I pay for my insurance and I have a right to see my doctor. I was told to drive over an hour to a certain hospital to see Dr. Epps BY HER one time because she would not let me make an appt and when I got to the ER he wasn't even there. I ended up getting shoddy treatment and still felt like crap when I left. If you can go to another Neurologist, I'd urge you to just so you don't have to deal with Debbie the Demon.

After years of suffering migraine headaches, Dr. Epps was the first neurologist who was persistant enough to find the primary source of the problem. It has changed my life.
