I will say this - Dr. Costich is a good, skilled surgeon. In my experience, he was just fine until I started asking questions, and then he actually turned extremely arrogant and demeaning. Instead of helping calm my fears about an upcoming event, he told me "We have ways to deal with that." He ordered all kinds of tests during the event but wasn't there to see firsthand what was really going on. In the end, I ended up with a bunch of procedures and a surgery I probably didn't need, a lengthy hospital stay and a rather large bill. I wish I could say I was the only one, but I have since known other women who have experienced the same situations under his care.
