I have been seeing Dr. Levine for over a decade and absolutely love him, his office and their service. I always know I can rely on him for a caring and complete exam. He explains things until I understand them. His optician will help with frame choice and, when asked for her opinion, give it. She has a good sense of what looks good on a person. I can't recommend this office enough.

After seeing numerous O.D??s, I finally found a Physician, Dr Levine who explained my life long vision condition in layman??s terms. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent patient manners. I want to thank the staff on the way I was welcomed and treated; I will recommend you to my family and friends.

I have been going to Winchester for years and I have never been hurried by the staff when picking frames. Perhaps when they are REALLY busy - they may handle things differently. But I have never had a problem and I take a LONG time deciding. Also - it has been my experience that if you give attitude - sometimes you can get attitude back? Anyway - I would highly recommend them - just make appointments during non-peak hours and you should be ok.

cannot find a worst place than this, frame selection is hurried and the women there force frames on you. which you are unable to use later. The owner doctor seems to care about money only. The new young optometrist that saw me was nice and informative. but the ladies in the frame selection had little respect for him too.

This place is not professional at all. The young Optometrist they had hired is a good man, with very good credentials. Other than him, everything else is bad, really. The women in the frame selection are very egoistic and just there for commission and they do not give you enough time to select a frame, even the receptionist is rude. On top of that they do not have good frames to select from. Me and my wife got frame selected but the lady there said the other one fits us more, so we got those made, but these frames are too broad on our faces...as a result...we are unable to use them.

Don't get me wrong, I am not dinging this place,

but the fact that they did not have green sunglasses made me slightly upset.

I really wanted some green ones and they didn't have it, nie people though.

PROS: anything but green sunglasses
CONS: green sunglasses

I appreciated the vast selection of rimless frame lenses that they offered at this location. It is usually hard to find that particular style in large quantities because they are so fragile and most people prefer frames. I got a pretty good deal on a new pair of glasses that fortunately came in the new super thin material. They are great. They're so light that I sometimes forget I'm wearing them.
