Avoid this jerk. My 5 yr old daughter was brought to Ellis Hospital ER with a huge gash on her face. Victor Shingo was the 'on call' plastic surgeon. The attending physician called him in and he refused, saying he doesn't come in for a childs lacerated chin (which the staff told us was a low $$ procedure). A kind nurse called another plastic surgeon who was not on call, rather than us going to another hospital. The gash required 5 internal and 6 external stitches on my daughters' tiny chin. This guy is an uncaring, greedy, money hungry jerk. His profile says he has a doctor wife and two kids, what are the odds he would have been repairing his kid's face? Victor Shingo is an example of the probems with medicine today.
