Victoria L. Dillingham, DDS

I started going to Victoria Dillingham for some extensive dental work back in July, 2011. First I had several appointments to have Deep Cleaning done which went well but was not done by Victoria, it was done by a gal named Suzanne (Suzanne was awesome) Next I was told I needed a root canal which was performed by a different dentist because Victoria does not do Root Canals. Victoria did the crown for that root canal which seems ok. Next, Victoria did 3 fillings on 3 of my upper molars in which I didn't realize they need fillings because they did not bother me. I was told after the fillings were done that the teeth would be sensitive for about a week. A week went by and my teeth hurt like mad when anything hot or cold touches them. The Dentist instructed my to try Sensodyne toothpaste which I did and that still has not resolved the problem. I contacted Victoria again and was told that the pain could last 5-6 months. I went to an Endodontist who took X-Rays and did some tests and was told that the teeth should have and now need root canals for certain. Currently I have a real hard time eating or drinking because of the pain in my teeth and the headaches I get when I try to eat with those teeth. I originally asked the dentist to send me a dental plan of everything which needs to be done and they never did. After asking them 3 times to send a dental plan the sent me an e-mail of work which had already been performed. They also billed my insurance for work not performed. DO NOT GO TO VICTORIA DILLINGHAM!

My child wastreated very well during a difficult procedure and now the child doesn't mind going to the dentist. This is an amazing transformation and they billed my insurance.
