Not a good doctor. Doesn't ask good questions, doesn't write stuff down, doesn't know what she's doing. Wastes time with constant follow-up demands (insurance milker?) and says almost nothing when you finally see her. Doesn't review your chart before she sees you. You'll wait 35 minutes at least after checking in with the receptionist.
Dr.Gorle is very patient to answer all my questions. She diagnosed my diabetes and put me on mediation and monitoring right away. Now it is absolutely under control. Initially the staff seemed not very good, but, they seemed to have fixed the problem. They are very caring and nice now. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Gorle is a sweet, kind doctor, but since her staff was strictly hired for being bilingual (Spanish/English), and never really trained in medicine, it makes for a bad experience. Come prepared with a laptop to watch a movie or show, because you'll be able to watch the whole thing. Yes, the staff WILL gossip about you in front of the other clients when your turn finally comes. Since the staff does not communicate with each other and they're forgetful, you WILL be frustrated at wasting your time & gas going there to sign non-existent paperwork that nobody knows anything about. If you don't mind 2 nurses taking 15 mins to find your blood pressure, then by all means, go to this office. If you ever need your medical records faxed to another doctor, it won't get done.
Everything is priced. Asked to give me a copy of what ever is there on the file they are charging for it. The receptionist says "We have to make a copy in the office so we are charging". Next sentence "We already faxed to the other doctor get a copy from there". When asked to speak with the doctor she seeing patients and will not be able to be on the call. And never got a call back. Worste service. Also there is a board on the office that says if we have to put up with your behaviour we are going to charge 10$. hahahha. Funny. almost she sees 15ppl in an hour when people come in a rush. Not at all friendly staff. Every visit we see new faces in the staff.
