After spending about 3-4 yrs with Dr. Parsons and my braces in middle school, suggesting surgeries, gum cutting after, etc ... I find myself several years later UNHAPPY. I am now 26 yrs old and have seen 3 well known orthos in the area, all of which have said that I DID NOT receive the proper dentistry. Dr. Parsons had me get four teeth pulled and then the baby teeth under them as well. All of the new orthos I have seen said a good ortho will not even do that because it change the persons profile forever. MY teeth have reverted back to where they were even with the use of retainers and the request for a stronger more stable retainer to prevent this. Which of course was not granted. This Dr. is not in this profession for the patients. Every other ortho I have seen made a strange sigh of recognition when they asked who my first ortho was.

i had braces from another state. after moving to MN, i needed to find an orthodontist. Dr. Parsons has an office close to me in roseville and white bear. I chose to go to the WB office. I called to make an appointment and the scheduler says it is a free consultation. I go in and they immediately take x-rays, I'm thinking wow there thorogh. After the exam, the dr leaves the room and the biller comes in and tells me todays visit is $250. After a short outburst, I was able to leave and never went back, although, they have called several times to schedule the treatment needed.
