I went here after I fractured my elbow. They were very nice and were very quick to figure out the problem. Easy to deal with and very friendly. Nice location and they have physical therapy available just across the street. First time I had broken a bone and they made it very easy to deal with. Very up front and honest. Worked well with the workman's comp claim
This seems to be a trend in health services in Western NC. They are good and know what they are doing but rush and don't understand all that's going on. I was sent here after I hurt my back at work and they basically told me it was fine for me to go back to work on light duty, but I wasn't. I was in so much pain it hurt to stand and sit. So after going to my own doctor I discovered that my back problem was more serious than what the people Blue Ridge Bone and Joint told me. I could have been seriously hurt if I had listened to them. But I don't think it's their fault, they just need to take more time with people.
