Dr. Hines is rude, unprofessional and hostile. As a healthcare professional myself, I was shocked at her aggressive bedside manner. She made me feel very uncomfortable- I will never visit her office again, and will most definitelty not recommend her to anyone seeking out a dermatologist!

Be aware: if you cannot pay your bill on time, they will charge you 50% of the outstanding balance as a "collection" fee and add it to what you owe them. That's after they charge you a $20 late fee. I'm not even sure that's legal. STay away from this place. They aren't really interested in people, just their money.

This place is the pits. They never return phone calls. They can't give you quick appointments and then the doctor says you should have come sooner. Doctors don't talk to receptionists and nurses. Hard to contact doctor when they work at more than one office. Surgeon from boston is incompetent. Prescription costs are outrageous.
