The staff is unreliable for providing medical records to new physicians in a timely or complete manner. The PA, Noel Arce, is overly cautious to the point of being ineffective at providing any relief at all for the patient. The PA also extended guilt and irritation at the patient when required to provide referrals to the specialists because the patient missed 2 appointments with the specialists in the past.

This patient was given less than 90 days to live and is still waiting after 2 weeks for the records to reach the clinic where he will need to be seen twice a week for maintenance treatments for his condition while he is dying. That forced the patient to go to the ER 3 times so far for the treatments, each of which would require only about an hour per treatment if done outpatient. He has spent over 5 days in the hospital for the 3 required visits instead of 3 hours.

Most upsetting is that today, on Saturday, the patient requests admission to the hospital instead of processing through the ER, which needs a Dr. order. The phone number listed EVERYWHERE (referral forms, internet, etc.) is actually for a totally different doctor's office in north Phoenix. We cannot contact the PCP, so back to the ER!

The patient does not WANT TO SPEND HIS FINAL DAYS IN THE ER!

Enough said.

Very, very poor office management. After being kept on hold for over 10 minutes and fumbled attempts at the office staff to keep track of my phone call, I finally spoke with Sergio, the office "manager". When I complained about the poor customer service in a rightfully angry tone, he instructed me to find a new primary care physician. Good job Sergio. You really know your stuff when it comes to customer care and management. Now I'm out of my perscription and have to find a new doctor in the process. If anything happens to me due to not having my perscription during this period, I will be suing you and the doctor.
