I was injured in Iraq and when I returned back to the states I was advised to see Dr Hirahara for my shoulder problem. After I got approval from my medical officer I was able to set an appt and had surgery done soon afterwards. Dr Hirahara did an excellent job with repairing my labrum. Good to go!

Has one phone line according to Amy. I did not get a return phone call for over 8 days. When I did get a phone call back, she was extremely rude. She wanted me to go over all my file information that had been included with the referral. After waiting 8 days for a call back to set an appt. the first available appt. was over 30 days away now. So at this point, it would have been a 40-day wait for an appt. /cortisone shot. I am actually in too much pain to wait 40 days. Now 8 days has been wasted waiting on a call back from Dr. Hirahara??s office.
I did have my primary doctor give me another referral. I called a person answered the phone and I set an appt. less than 2 weeks away and guess what else she had all my information in front of her including my Blue Shield PPO . Very poor service and condescending tone from Amy @ Sutter.
