I have been going to Dr. Albers for a long time. He is the best doctor I have had the staff is always nice and friendly Dr. Albers is always willing to listen to you and explain everything until you are sure you understand. I have several allergies to medication and he always checks before giving me and new meds to make sure it is ok. He never seems to judge or make you feel stupid. I would tell anyone that needs a doctor to go to this office. He is truly a very good caring doctor. And is a asset to this office.

Dr. Albers has been my doctor for several years now, he is always caring and willing to listen. He will not throw pills at you. When I had trouble studying, instead of putting me on medicine for ADD he recommended some changes that I could make to my lifestyle that helped a lot.

Just to let any new patients know...they are not located in front of Super One Grocery Store. They are past it. We constantly have to redirect people to their office because of horrible directions.

I have been using this office for at least 5 years. I have always been treated professionally and courteously. The nurses are friendly and helpful. I cannot remember a longer wait than 15 minutes in the waiting room. They can do many procedures and lab work in the office that some other doctors have to farm out, with another copay of course. I would highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this doctors office for a number of reasons. My father and I both went to this office. You feel rushed and as if you are just a patient without concern. You can have an appointment and will be lucky if you are seen withing 30 minutes to an hour after arrival. The office looks nice but with the exception of a few nurses who are sweet the rest seem distant and without care. When you have problems or need records forget it. My father passed away after being on Vioxx for awhile just over 2 years ago prescribed by this office but they refuse to release medical records to me, my brother, or the attorneys. They are very unprofessional and if you lose a loved one from medication forget their help in releasing any information. They will shield the drug companies and destroy and lose all records. AFter over a year of fighting for the records they now claim to have lost all records.

PROS: None
CONS: UnProfessional, long Waits, uncaring staff
